Flower & Plant Education Center

Veldkamp’s Garden Center is a third generation, family owned firm. We operate a beautiful 80,000 square foot floral design center and retail and wholesale greenhouses. We created this Education Center so that our customers and site visitors would have a resource to use in learning more about their favorite flower and plant varieties. We include information about each variety, along with some recommendations as to planting and care information.

This Education Center is constantly being updated. If you don’t find information about the specific variety you are interested in, please contact our garden center staff. Our team of experts can help you with your questions. If you are in the Denver, Colorado area, we encourage you to stop in and visit our greenhouses. Our retail greenhouses have a wonderful selection of annuals, perennials, plants, shrubs and so much more. The retail facilities are open to the public, Monday through Saturday.
